The Alexandria Athletic Department will be hosting sports physicals Tuesday May 14th at the high school from 3:00-5:00pm. The cost of a physical is $20 and this will be valid for Summer 2024 and the next sports season, 2024-2025. All students planning to try-out or participate in sports at the junior high or high school level will need to get a sports physical. Again the date is Tuesday May 14th 3-5pm at the HS. The cost of the physical is $20 and can be paid with cash, card, or venmo ( Bradley-Hayes-32) The physicals will be performed by Dr. Brad Hayes. Physical Forms are available on the athletics website or in the Athletic Office. It is strongly encouraged that physicals be filled out and signed before the exam.
